On the parallelization of Geometry Independent Measured Equation of Invariance

چکیده
Geometry Independent Measured Equation of Invariance (GIMEI) is recently proposed to analysis IC interconnect and packages, which enhanced the original Measured Equation of Invariance (MEI) substantially and has been demonstrated to achieve an order of magnitude faster than FASTCAP. Due to the nature of MEI and Finite Diierence (FD), GIMEI is perfect for parallel computation and can have very little parallel overhead. Therefore, by using parallelized GIMEI, very \large" circuit or structures can be analyzed eeciently.
